What do we know (me excluded LOL) from the sleeping state? Is it possible to physically move energy during our sleep?

I am confused by what you are asking.

Maybe we're working with a different level of energy in our sleep? Or maybe we spend time in the world of spirit? Rev Rex might know something about it.
From what I've heard, when consciousness goes beyond the body, as in OBE's, what we think of as the physical world is totally different. Or maybe the word "physical" in your question is hanging me up. Can you clarify what you mean by "physically move energy?" :-)

O.K. I have had 2 experiences that I can not explain. I know that is unbelievable since I can pretty much come up with an explaination for everything LOL Just kidding

Here it goes:
One night I was having a nightmare, which I would not like to share with anyone in order not to give attention to it. But at one time in my dream I screemed NO! and a shelf that was ackered in the wall for 5 years broke out of the wall and all my hummel figurines that I collected broke. It was a loud noise and it distrubed me greatly.

Another experience was that I was sleeping when the alarm clock went off. In half sleep I heard it and thought: my partner needs to get up, but the bed was not moving. I thought: man, he is going to sleep in. I got a little upset and thought :get up. Then I heard him cry out AHH. I awoke immediately and looked around. My partner was laying on the floor. I asked him what happened and he said that he got up early, before the alarm went off. He was standing next to the bed and getting dressed, when he felt someone kick him in the knees that brough him down to the ground. He was laughing, becasue he thought it was a spirit or so messing with him. But I was in shock. How could I have an urge in sleep and manifest something in the physical?

I've wondered if we ever travel in our sleep. In other words have an out of body experience.

OK, Viv, I get what you mean now. I personally have never experienced this, but I have heard of it. You are not alone. What this tells me though, is that you are naturally in touch with the ways to control that power, but you also need to do some work on controlling those energies. Honestly, I do not know of a good book or website of the top of my head to find some exercises to help gain that control, but I know that they exist.

Again, to be honest, I have never met anyone that can do this, at least not without conscience effort. I am amazed.

There are plenty of books written on this, so I would say that it is totally possible.

If I knew what it is called, I could do more research on it. When I experienced the light flowing through my stomach, I searched for many years, but could not find anyone that knew what it is called or had experienced somethig like that before.

Well, we can measure a different frequency in the dream and deep sleep states, so I would say yes, some energy is being moved. But I'm not sure if that is what you were getting at.
