The Rocket has three parts . All three are independent of each other yet attached sort of like a rod going through all three cylinders . The Rocket has three parts which are sort of like the shape of a football on one end and flat on the other end .The middle cylinder is attached to the cylinders left and right of the middle cylinder.
The concept is that the outside or left and right cylinders use Man's fuel which works in co-operation with the next part ,,,, the left and right cylinders spin just like a slot machine where you can see the three sevens and they spin toward you so fast . The left and right cylinders spin at 99.9 % of light speed but does not reach light speed yet .
The outside cylinders also have magnets which the center cylinder's left and right edges counter act the magnets causing an energy of opposing forces .
Next you have the two cylinders spinning but they are spinning to present natural gravity which the gravety would hold the Matter on the outside just as Earth gravity holds us to Earth . The center cylinder has man-made gravity however this gravity is in reverse causing the Matter to hold on from the inside allowing life to stay alive in the center cylinder as all three cylinders spin but at different velocity levels.
As all three cylinders spin the opposing magnet's energy gets trapped with no where to go but instead becomes a causing surge of energy which with the energy from the natural gravity and the energy from the man- made gravity and the energy from the opposing magnet energy and the Earth's fluid energy combines in an energy allowing the Rocket to go even ten times the velocity of light .

The cylinders have indentations or vents which when the Rocket is at light speed the cylonders spin but the Rocket is still not mobile so as soon as all three cylinders reach the point where the magnet energy must be released the Rocket is rolled downward into this fluid in a canal which is enclosed so when the Rocket is rolled into this fluid the energy from the gravity and man -made gravity and the opposing magnet energy and the natural fluid energy from the Earth is trapped in the encosed tunnel or canal adding pressure and even more energy and all this , when the Rocket reaches the canal the energy can go nowhere except out through the vents which causes the Rocket to move through the canal to it's destination .
Because the center cylinder is in reverse man -made gravity the people or aliens lol are without gravity in the cylider allowing the people to be in a non gravity state and secure and safe .
