Pulsus : The Vigil Exercises

Just thought I would throw this on here, being that it is a meditative exercise that helps enhance and expand your energy, your spirit, and your spiritual awareness.

The philosophy stems from it's Vigil and Taoist heritage. Long ago, before our common era, a system of energy work was being developed in China. The energy work was called Chi Gong (Qi Gong). It was a combination of physical exercises strategically tuned to optimize one's "chi." The Taoist concept of Chi, and the exercises of Chi Gong, are the fore fathers of Pulsus.
Looking like Tai Chi, Pulsus is a combination of meditative exercises that enhance, and expand your energy. Unlike Chi Gong, Pulsus works with our "energy spheres." Each technique is strategically tuned to expand our energy spheres, and then enhance them. We each have that "3 foot circle" around us making up our "personal space." But what we don't realize is that our "circle" is also our spiritual awareness. And Pulsus has been developed to make that awareness larger and broader.

Another key element to Pulsus is "Balance." Our energy spheres are made up of different aspects of ourselves. Some people have too many negative emotions than positive emotions, and thus their back sphere is larger than their front sphere. This is an imbalance. Using Pulsus, one is able to expand the front sphere so to match the size of the back sphere. This helps one gain energetic and spiritual balance. And this same concept applies for all of the spheres.

Not only does it work out your energy and spirit; it also works your abs, lower back, shoulders, triceps, biceps, thighs, calves, and all of those muscles you didn't even know existed!!

While basic Pulsus (which is seen in our First Free Demo) is very peaceful, calm, and fairly easy on the body; the Junior Pulsus exercises get into deep stances, and strong pushes!

The Following is a brief introduction and instruction on the Basic Pulsus Exercises.

The key to Pulsus is exactly what the Latin word means; Push!! You begin with your feet shoulder width apart, and your hands out in front of you with your fingers over your toes. You will imagine your middle fingers are attached to the floor with bungy cords and you will pull them up. As you pull up you want to crunch your lower back, which in turn puts pressure on your core sphere (where the source of your energy is found). As your hands come up to about shoulder high, you will flip your hands over and push out (front, side, back, down, and up; we'll get into the "back" exercise soon).

You will breath in when you pull your hands up, and breathe out when you push your hands out. Breathing is very, VERY important. You can't hear me on the video, but I'm breathing very loudly. Your breath is your Chi. Just like in martial arts we scream for more power, in Pulsus we breathe for more power.

Also, when you pull up you will go up a little on your toes. This allows your body to be in good position for squeezing energy out of your core sphere. And when you push out you will go back down on your heels and slowly bend your knees slightly to really push that energy out of your core sphere. This also helps your energy get grounded, and your balance centered so you don't fall over. Which is a good thing.

Now for the back exercises. Since it is hard to turn completely around and push energy out, you will pivot your feet and push with the hand that is behind you. While pushing with one hand, the other hand will be stretched out in front of you pushing with the BACK of the hand. This decreases the amount of energy pushed to the front, since you already pushed energy there before. For every 1 push to the other spheres, you will do 2 to the back (and side) sphere. Because less energy is pushed by 1 hand, then 2 hands. So keep switching sides when you do the back sphere.

Balance is necessary with Pulsus. Atleast 5 or 6 exercises should be done for each sphere. However, the more you progress the more you will be able to sense how big your spheres are. The whole point of these exercises is to expand, enhance, and balance out your spheres. If your front sphere is too big, don't put as much energy into it as you would your others. Keep them all the same size as much as you can.

If you experience:
* Difficulty Meditating
* Difficulty Sleeping
* Lack of Energy
* Stiffness
* Difficulty Focusing
* Trouble Controlling your Emotions
* Unhappiness with your present spirituality?

Then You need to Watch the Free Demo!!

Thank You,

And May the Spirits be With you ALL!!
