Thursday, January 4, 2007 - Gratitude

What it will begin to do is change your perspective of your day and your life." ~Oprah Winfrey Today's Affirmation I am aware of the presence and movement of God in my life. Today's Meditation Dear God, We are grateful for these moments of prayerful connection. When we take time to notice, we realize that You are everywhere present in our days and in our lives. As we join in a consciousness of heartfelt gratitude, we recall the many blessings we have received. May we in turn be a blessing to someone today. We are an integral part of a powerful circle of love. Thank You, God! Amen

Ok Lightkeeper your request is granted. Lets all list 5 things we are grateful for. It will help get 2007 off to a better start for all of us. I will go first
1. I am grateful for my lovely family 2. I am grateful that we all have our health in my family. 3. I am grateful that God is my life in everything I do 4. I am grateful for everytime a person has a kind word or a smile. 5. I am grateful for people like everyone here in this forum who are trying to make this a better place to live.

1. I am grateful for my friends and family.
2. I am grateful to have many animal friends. 3. I am grateful each morning that I wake up, for having the opportunity of a new day. 4. I am grateful for our weather, no matter what it may be, because I know that there are always others who have worse weather. 5. I am grateful for freedom, to believe what I want, and for being able to express it.

See that little girl in the top left corner? That's my granddaughter. Thanks to the early detection of prostate cancer, chances are pretty good that I'll live to see her grow up. "Grateful" is an understatement.

I am grateful for my life.
I am grateful for my parents and sister. I am grateful for my husband and kids. I am grateful that even with a chronic illness I am enjoying life. I am also grateful for this great forum!

Happy with life
 I am grateful for my life, and everything in it,,,,my partner, my children, my puppy, my father and mother, food, shelter, finacial stability, and knowledge and experience!

technology, and the ablility to find like-minded people second chances and the desire to correct mistakes family and friends; new and old good health a warm home Thanks for starting this thread. It is a good idea.
