The Threefold Law

Didn't know where else to post it, this seems right section

I wanted to explain the Threefold Law in the wiccan beliefs system, because
even though I am not of wiccan background, it is a rule/law that I still have
belief in.

This is the belief that any harm or good that a wiccan does to someone else comes back to hurt or benefit them, and what is returned to them (whether being good or bad) will return three times as good/bad. The law states that:

"All good that a person does to another returns three fold in this life; harm is also returned three fold."

This law is implicated to benefit the wiccans that do good, and to "punish" that which use wiccan magick incorrectly.

Think I've heard of this. Also present in other beliefs as well. (not necessarily that it comes back 3 fold, but the general concept).
Do wiccans believe in reincarnation? If so... would things that happened in a past live come back to them in another?

Yes, it is true.

That I know of, yes. I am not wiccan. But each life apparently
brings new experiences to wiccan followers. They are not always aware
of these past lives, except for their time in a place called "Summerlands".

I'd have to ask a wiccan . Personally I do not believe in past lives.
